“Crime in Vancouver is increasing”

What is increasing the crime in Vancouver?

There are several reasons why the crime in Vancouver is increasing. First, murders and killing and shootings are up because every body can get a gun and it’s easy to get guns too. Also, it’s easy for criminals to get silencers to obscure the sounds of their guns. According to the Vancouver Metro news paper (April 9-12,2009), police have found drugs and a large arsenal of weapons, including grenades, detonators, shotguns rifles, and 50-caliber machine gun. Then, murder-suicide is increasing in several ways such as drugs and being for from religion, etc. According to Kristen Thompson of the Vancouver Metro nows paper (April 9-12,2009), by April first, 43 people have been hit -12 of them fatally, in 54 shootings in 2009 and blood - splattered streets are littered with shell casings and corpses.

Second, the crimes online are too many because hacker programs can get secret information for criminals. For example, according to the Metro, cyberspies have broken into the U.S. electrical grid and left software programs to disrupt the gird. Also, fake security software may be causing more infections. Plus, computer users growing fear of worms and viruses viruses causes an increase in attacks on PCs with fake security software.

In addition, arson is in creasing. I think the reason is some people are not caring to process things safely.

To end, all of these things cause the crime in Vancouver to increase. According to the Vancouver Metro news paper of April 9-12,2009, this is a challenge to ill-equipped paid, and often poorly educated police, since intelligence is needed to catch criminals. So, for now there is no solution to Vancouver’s increasing crime rate.

The best thing I learned from my parents

The best thing I learned from my parents is honesty. Honesty gives you a nice live. My parents said: If you honest in your life, people will respect you. In addition honesty gives you a great relation with a good people. Anyway honesty is very important in your live.

The personal quality for living in a foreign country

          My stance in this subject is you should know several things for an important personal quality for living in a foreign country.  Firstly, you should observe and respect customs and tradition for this country in addition to their way of life.  Secondly, you should know the language of this country to communicate with the people.  Thirdly, you should know the concerns of the people and what topics are important to them because, then you will know the situation and what’s happening in this country.  Finally, you should know the weather, the favorite food, favorite hobby,etc. So, when you know all of these you are able to have a better quality of life in a foreign country.  In my conviction these are basic needs that you should know before you live in a foreign country. 

Learning a foreign language

               The learning of a foreign language can open up several doors.  It's very useful to get a job, make friends and have a nice life. Such as, if you learn French you can work in any country that speaks French, like France, Switzerland and Belgium.  In addition, you are able to learn the customs and traditions of that country.  Furthermore, you are able to translate in two languages. Therefore, all of these doors are opened if you learn a new foreign language.   

My favorite Food

       

        The best food for me is sea food. The sea food is delicious, light, and very healthy. It's contains many important vitamins. such as, phosphorus, iron, and calcium. All of these are very useful for brain, blood vessels, and bones. You can eat it without cooking. For example, sushi. Moreover, you can eat a lot more without harming you. Because, it's light and healthy too. Foe these reasons the sea food is my favorite food for me.    

              

The differences weather

             I'm from Saudi Arabia from Riyadh city. I'm living in Kamloops city now in canada. I would like to write about the different weather between my city Riyadh and Kamloops city. First I will write about the weather in my city. the weather there is usually hot, dry, and occasionally windy. In summer the temperature reaches to forty five degrees and the windy to be light. The rains is light too. In sum, the summer is very hot with dry in Riyadh city. In winter the temperature reaches to between fifteen to ten plus degrees. Sometimes reaches to below ten degrees. The windy is high and the rains is middle. In sum, the winter is very cold with moisture light in Riyadh city. In spring and fall the temperature reaches to between thirty to thirty eight degrees. The rains is middle and the windy to be high. In sum the weather in Riyadh city usually is hot three seasons only cold in the winter season with increases in the rains too in winter season. Second the weather in Kamloops city. It's very different about the weather in Riyadh city. The weather here in Kamloops is various. It's usually cold with moderation in the temperature degrees. In summer the temperature reacher to thirty six-thirty eight degrees. The rains is light but the windy to be middle. In winter the temperature reaches to between ten to minus ten degrees. There are plenty of snows with windy. The rain to be meddle In spring the temperature reachers to twenty five-twenty nine or thirty degree. The rains with windy to be middle. In fall the temperature reaches to thirty degree. The is very light but the windy to be high. In sum, the in Kamloops city is different in all the seasons. In conclusion the weather in Riyadh city is very different about it in Kamloops city.

         Today I will write about my ideal house. I have several things in my house. First it's a great location. It's location is on the mountain you can enjoy it there because there is a fresh air and a nice view. It's quiet all the time. It's a big, clean, and organized. Second I have in my house a big garden. You con farm anything. The fruit vegetable is very healthy.
