The best food for me is sea food. The sea food is delicious, light, and very healthy. It's contains many important vitamins. such as, phosphorus, iron, and calcium. All of these are very useful for brain, blood vessels, and bones. You can eat it without cooking. For example, sushi. Moreover, you can eat a lot more without harming you. Because, it's light and healthy too. Foe these reasons the sea food is my favorite food for me.
